How It Works:

  • Sessions are online and tailored to your schedule and preferences.

  • Weekly or fortnightly sessions are typical, but I'm here to adapt to what works best for you.

  • I’ll show you that change doesn’t need to take years.

With my clinical expertise and evidence-based techniques, we’ll help you identify, target and overcome the issues that have been holding you back. We work on what needs to be worked on and strengthen what’s already working well.

Your Investment:

My standard hourly rate is £150, reflecting my expertise and quality of support you'll receive. In recognition of diverse financial situations, I offer a sliding scale which we can discuss when we first meet.
