I am truly passionate about meeting the needs of those I help support. In my therapeutic practice, I support individuals, couples, families and groups. We can meet online or in-person. As Co-Founder and Director of EcoSensory Therapy I also offer nature-based therapy, using the natural environment to facilitate positive change, healing and growth.

🍃 Trauma and Adversity: Helping individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma and significant adversity, such as those experiencing symptomology of PTSD, Developmental Trauma, Complex Trauma.

Symptoms you may be experiencing and we can help to alleviate: flashbacks, distressing dreams or nightmares, intrusive or distressing thoughts; dissociation / zoning out; efforts to avoid reminders or triggers associated with the trauma; negative beliefs about oneself, others or the world; Hypervigilance; Irritability; Difficulty sleeping or maintaining concentration; Social withdrawal or isolation; Challenges in forming or maintaining close relationships; Changes in interpersonal communication and intimacy; Physical complaints without apparent medical cause (headaches, stomach aches); Fatigue and exhaustion; Muscle tension and pain.

If we agree to work together, we will use our first few sessions to create a shared understanding and treatment plan. We will then move forward in the direction you desire; working together through your difficulties, using psychological therapy to help you move towards the life you want.

We can meet online or we can discuss meeting within a local nature space.

I provide a flexible range of therapeutic options to suit your unique well-being, personal growth, and financial considerations. These options include both shorter and more extended therapy programs, usually spanning from 5 to 18 sessions. I typically schedule weekly sessions, but I'm also open to adapting to your specific preferences and needs. Your journey to well-being is unique, and I'm here to make it as accommodating and effective as possible for you.

Your investment: My standard hourly rate is £150, reflecting the value I place on your well-being and the quality of care you’ll receive. In recognition of diverse financial situations, I offer a reduced rate of £100 for those with limited income.
