How I Work

My work is relational, science-backed, and deeply human, designed to support individuals, leaders, and teams who want clarity, resilience, and sustainable ways of working and living.

In therapy rooms, coaching sessions, leadership programmes, and organisational settings, I help people and teams:

  • understand how they were shaped - biologically, psychologically, and relationally

  • map old patterns with clarity and compassion

  • regulate their nervous system under pressure

  • reconnect to what matters - values, purpose, direction

  • build emotional and relational capacity

  • navigate uncertainty with more steadiness

  • develop healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and leading

  • move toward lives and cultures that feel coherent, not chaotic

My approach combines clinical depth (trauma, attachment, EMDR, neuropsychology), evolutionary insight (how ancient wiring meets modern pressure), and practical, evidence-based tools that people can actually use, delivered with a warm, grounded presence that helps individuals and organisations create real, lasting change.
